Previous customer Paul C. called us to take a look at a home his mother was purchasing in Suquamish, Washington. He wanted us to repair and upgrade the crawlspace with the same products we used in his home. After a complete clean out of the existing insulation and ground cover, we installed interior drainage as needed to direct ground water intrusion to a new SmartSump system. We also installed drainage matting and TerraBlock flexible foam insulation over the ground, followed by the CleanSpace 20 mil encapsulation system. SilverGlo rigid foam insulation was installed on the interior of the foundation walls as well as in the rim joist. Finally a Sani-Dry Sedona dehumidifier and air filtration system was installed to keep the air in the crawlspace dry and conditioned.
CleanSpace Northwest Inc. received a call from the Woodland Village Retirement and Assisted Living Facility in Chehalis, Wa. Mark, the General Manager of the facility informed us that they had a wet crawlspace under their main building and needed a drainage solution as soon as possible. Upon inspection by our System Design Specialist Bruce Ramey it was determined that all 3 wings of the 35,000 square foot crawlspace under the facility had water, moisture, and drainage issues.

We responded to a call from Steve L. of Gig Harbor, Washington regarding a basement area that was continuously flooding with ground water seepage. Inspection showed water intrusion throughout with water entering around the perimeter slab/wall cold joint as well as water and silt being pushed though floor cracks by the hydrostatic pressure. And yes, the before picture is standing water on the floor.
Customer was wanting to get their basement space back and usable for storage as well as protect mechanical systems from damage.
We recommended and installed a WaterGuard perimeter drainage system as well as followed the floor cracks using backless WaterGuard all tied to a SuperSump sump pump system with an UltraSump3 battery back up system to insure the basement stays dry even during a power outage.
After the waterproofing was completed we finished the basement using Basement to Beautiful insulated wall panels, EverLast finish wall panels, and ThermalDry Plank Flooring.
