Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A Homeowner in Port Orchard Washington called CleanSpace® Northwest Basement Systems for an encapsulation of a crawl space. The crawl space looked like many other homeowners, with a standard visqueen covering a dirt floor only. The scope of the work included a SmartSump™ Crawl Space Sump Pump System. 

The SmartSump™ is specifically designed for crawl spaces and can provide all the protection you need from leaks and floods.

The SmartSump™ installation came equipped with a cast-iron Zoeller® 1/3 horsepower cast-iron primary pump, CleanPump Stand, airtight lid with airtight floor drain and WaterWatch alarm system. This sump pump is designed to fit with the CleanSpace® liner and has a sump alarm to ensure the homeowner is always aware of any water in the crawl space. Installation was then completed with a discharge line from pump to check valve then to outside location & hook up to IceGuard®. The IceGuard® is to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge line.
